Domestic Money Transfer Process
Individuals :
Customers visit the Post Office with complete documents, i.e. original identification.
Corporate/Company
:
The representative must bring a power of attorney and a copy of identity card.
Once the documents are completed, the customer will be able to make a cash payment at the counter for purchase a Money Order.
Customers will be charged a service charge of RM 3.90 for Money Orders below RM 50 and RM 5.90 for Money Orders of RM 50 and above.
After the payment process, our officer will provide a remittance receipt along with the remittance no. (Pin No.).
International Money Transfer Process

Customers visit the Post Office with complete identification documents.
Service charges will be charged depending on the country to be sent to.
A receipt will be issued to the customer along with the MTCN number.

Existing Ria customers need to make transactions online on the MYRia App.
The customer visits the selected Post Office to make the payment at the counter.
Customers will be charged a service charge of RM 3.00 for amounts under RM 500 and RM 3.50 for amounts between RM 500 - RM 2,999.
