Simple Steps for Loan Repayment
Before taking your queue number, get a copy of the Loan Repayment form at the front counter and fill in your details.
Don't forget to bring the official letter or important details of your loan repayment recipient panel.
Recheck your details and get the next queue number.
When it's your turn, prepare your completed form and make the payment at the counter. Service charges will be charged according to the provisions of the selected panel.
After the payment process, a printed copy of the receipt will be provided by our counter staff. Please keep the copy as proof of payment.
Information on your loan repayment will be updated on the relevant statements within two (2) working days. Subject to the terms and conditions of the funding panel.
